Milan
Inter-railing City 8
At this point in the trip we were on extreme budgeting and for a very commercial city like Milan, that's no fun. Scattered with shops like Gucci and Prada, aka any shop I'm too scared to go in through fear of ruining something.
The boys went off to the football stadium, and we went off to look at the fabulous Museo del Novecento. The exhibits were the best I'd seen so far on the trip. The photography exhibit was insane. Slitscape pictures, a collection by Claudio Sinatti .
We honestly didn't do massive amounts in this city other than explore, so I don't have massive amounts to say.
Our hotel was a cheeky freebie from a friend of my dads. It was incredible. Honestly no words could describe how much that luxury meant to us. Power showers, actual comfy beds, FREE SHAMPOO! Could not fault that hotel, so anyone who's not on such a tight budget, definitely stay.
Milan was a nice chance to pretend to be civilised and a little bit richer than we were. So I bought my patch and used my roll of film. And off we went to France.
