Sziget is a really cool festival on an island in the middle of the Danube River in Budapest. It's a big international festival which each year brings in some big names. The festival actually runs for seven days but they have a range of tickets if you can't do all seven!

It is great, especially if you haven't done Budapest before because it gives you a chance to explore a new city. I was able to do things I had missed in previous visits. (Read my other post to peak at what I had already done!)

We opted against camping at the festival and got an airbnb in the city centre. This was mainly because we wanted to explore the city more and not just go to the festival. This was fine and super doable as a lot of the music only occurs in the evenings due to the heat.

We climbed the hill to visit the view points like I did in my last visit, which is always brilliant. One thing I did new this time was visit the Baths. It was good and I am glad we did it but we got bored quite quickly. It was super busy so kinda ruined the experience.

Random thing we did was visit the zoo. It was incredible, one of the best zoos I've ever been to!
